Submit a Request Access form or contact us directly at help@elmontwealth.com. A senior relationship manager will reach out within 2–3 business days to schedule a discovery conversation and walk you through our onboarding process.
Our minimum investable asset threshold is $500,000. This excludes your primary residence. For family office and institutional engagements, different minimums may apply. Please contact us for details specific to your situation.
After your initial consultation and completion of our onboarding documents, account setup typically takes 5–10 business days. This includes establishing your custodian account, completing KYC/AML verification, and preparing your personalised Investment Policy Statement.
Our primary client base is U.S. persons. However, we may serve certain non-U.S. clients depending on their country of residence and applicable regulations. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation before applying.
Elmont Wealth never has direct custody of client assets. All assets are held at independent, SIPC-member custodians. We have a limited power of attorney to manage your account, but all cash and securities remain in your name at the custodian.
Fees & Minimums
We charge an annual advisory fee based on assets under management, typically ranging from 0.50% to 1.00% depending on portfolio size and complexity. Fees are billed quarterly in arrears. We never earn commissions — our only compensation is the advisory fee paid directly by you.
No. We are fully transparent about all fees. Beyond our advisory fee, you may incur underlying fund expense ratios for ETFs or mutual funds held in your portfolio, and custodian transaction fees (typically minimal). All fees are disclosed in your Investment Advisory Agreement and our Form ADV Part 2.
Yes. Our full fee schedule is included in our Form ADV Part 2A, which is publicly available on the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure website and on our Legal Notices page. We are happy to walk you through it during your initial consultation.
Investments
We manage across a full spectrum of asset classes: global equities, fixed income (investment grade, high yield, municipal bonds), alternatives (private equity, hedge funds, real assets, private credit), and cash equivalents. Our allocation to each depends on your specific Investment Policy Statement.
Absolutely. We accommodate client-directed restrictions, including exclusions of specific industries (tobacco, firearms, etc.), individual securities (e.g. a concentrated position in your employer's stock), or any sector that conflicts with your values. These are codified in your Investment Policy Statement.
ESG integration is available across all our strategies. We offer both broad ESG-screened portfolios (excluding the worst ESG offenders) and thematic ESG strategies (clean energy, social impact, governance-focused). We are a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI).
We monitor portfolios continuously and rebalance when allocations drift beyond defined thresholds, or when market conditions or your circumstances change. We also conduct a comprehensive annual review and may rebalance opportunistically to harvest tax losses.
Client Portal
Your portal is accessible at elmontwealth.com/login. Your login credentials will be emailed to you by your relationship manager after account opening.
The portal gives you real-time access to: your complete portfolio overview and performance, holdings detail and allocation breakdown, full transaction history with search, internal transfer capabilities, tax and account documents, and direct messaging with your relationship manager.
Portfolio valuations are updated on each business day following market close. Alternative investments, which are typically valued monthly or quarterly, are updated on the applicable valuation date.
Regulatory
Yes. Elmont Wealth Management LLC is registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training. Our CRD number is available on our Legal Notices page.
Yes — always. As a registered investment adviser, we are bound by the fiduciary standard at all times, meaning we are legally required to act in your best interest, disclose all material conflicts of interest, and put your needs above our own. This is the highest standard of care in financial services.
Our Form ADV Part 2A (brochure), Form ADV Part 2B (brochure supplements), and Form CRS (Client Relationship Summary) are available on our Legal Notices page and on the SEC's public IAPD database. We provide these documents to all prospective and current clients.
